Has the honor of having Julio Seda, a Real Estate Professional since 1988, who has grown full time in the industry, obtained the Brokers’ license in 1991 and became a Certified Florida Real Estate Instructor, Certified Real Estate Mediator approved by the Supreme Court of Florida a Trainer & Mentor for Agents who Successfully developed a Marketing Strategy for a relocated Broker Associate. Who in less than nine months was among the three experienced top producers in a city of 45,000 residents. A member for 6 years of the grievance committee and professional standard with Miami Association of Realtor's largest membership nationwide. Julio participated in the property management committee Public policy and professional development a major investor in realtor political action committee. Today not only being our instructor he writes Real Estate base articles for the Highlands Today News Paper & The Highlands New.
